I am an Assistant Property Manager for more than a year now, I have handled an Australian client. Tasks include - processing applications which includes gathering all the documents from the applicants and summarizing their information, I also do Comparative Market Analysis wherein I am looking for different properties that are the same as what we have and comparing the prices of these to our properties and giving ideas to the owner if they will increase or keep the prices of their property. In addition to this, I am also familiar with lease drafting, sending emails to the owner and tenants, sending invoice arrears, and doing audits. 
I also have 4 years of experience as a freelancer and virtual assistant having worked with various companies, I have experience in content writing, Lead generation, admin tasks, and data entry. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills by being a virtual assistant that can help you with your work.
