Profile Description

I've been a customer service representative for four years, and I also have technical support and sales experience.

I've been working as a virtual assistant and freelancer lately. Despite being new to this industry, I have been studying certain fundamentals on my own time, such as managing my inbox, calendar, and files. Additionally, I have been getting acquainted with project management softwares like Asana, Trello, and Notion. I've also been brushing up on my knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Workspace. Using programs like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I also work in the picture and video editing industry. I'm eager to use my experience in customer service, sales, and technical support in my role as a virtual assistant, along with my recently acquired skills. I appreciate you considering me for your team.  

I also have 2 year experience in my current role as an Sales Account Executive in RingCentral. We manage business accounts and handle sales.
