I've also been brushing up on my knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Workspace. Using programs like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I also work in the picture and video editing industry. I'm eager to use my experience in customer service, sales, and technical support in my role as a virtual assistant, along with my recently acquired skills.
