A little background about myself: I am a mass communication graduate at New Era University located in Quezon City, Philippines. I got my first job experience in 2018—right after I graduated. I was a video editor, a scriptwriter, and a production assistant all at once. Working there for 3 years molded me to become a better person, and I learned how to enhance and broaden my skills and passion in the media industry. I also learned how to be flexible and patient as I also worked with different people there. I've dUpgrade to see actual info to leave my comfort zone as I applied to another field of industry for better opportunities and to gain new skills and knowledge, and it went well.
Last year, in 2022, I was hired by a BPO company as a customer service agent under the hotel and reservations account. I worked there for 6 months, and I can say I've collected unforgettable Upgrade to see actual infonts there as I met new people and created a strong bond with them. I'd quickly adjusted to the tools and knowledge and incorporated them when I was endorsed on the production floor.
