Profile Description

I have been working in the corporate world for almost 2 years now. I worked as an Executive Secretary and got promoted later as a Finance and Accounting Officer. As an Executive Secretary, I was mostly responsible in setting-up and communicating schedules, having an initial meeting with clients, and establishing an engagement with suppliers/third-party service providers. I was also responsible with setting up budgets and overseeing its implementation, doing an analysis with actual amount spent vs budgeted amount and maintaining my boss' personal finance like online bill payments. As I got promoted into Finance and Accounting Officer, those tasks related to personal assistance were reduced and I started to handle the Accounts Payable of the business. I did tasks like bank reconciliation, analysis of actual and budgeted amount for operating expenses, managing the check payments to suppliers and maintaining records/tracker of the individual accounts payable payments.
I am also comfortable working in a fast-paced remote set-up given that I am currently working in a shared service company on a night-shift a Project Accounting Analyst. I can offer you my excellent keen ayes for details, tech savviness, punctuality, good attendance and strong work etiquette.
