Currently, I manage recruitment projects at Wrkpod Inc., working closely with clients across Australia, the US, New Zealand, and the UK. I lead a recruitment team, ensuring the seamless execution of hiring processes by supervising team performance, conducting interviews, and creating candidate shortlists that align with client goals. My experience spans a variety of industries, and I take pride in fostering positive client relationships and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Prior to this, I served as a Sourcing Specialist at Wrkpod Inc., where I became proficient in candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, online job boards, and social media. I played a key role in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills to match them with suitable positions, while also assisting in organizing Willo interviews and supporting other recruitment tasks.
I also bring experience in HR, having worked as an HR Assistant at Asians Cloud Technology Inc., where I sourced candidates, scheduled interviews, and handled various administrative tasks. Additionally, I’ve developed strong organizational skills from my role as an Administrative Assistant at Bay Shores Dumaguete, where I managed payroll, employee supervision, and monthly inventories.
