My first job was in a BPO industry.

I was an Online Customer Support. I took regular calls for 5 months then promoted in Escalation Department where I took managerial inbound calls for SEARS for 2
All customers who wished to talk to a supervisor will be transferred to us and we will cater their needs such as refund back to their credit cards, returned items and etc. I applied as one of the floor supports in the production area and had my training.
I was able to handle agents as well and trained them on how to handle customers over the phone.
I resigned last August 2016.
My second job was last September of the same year, 2016. I was first employed as the Warehouse Checker, then Biller and promoted as the HR Admin in a distributor's company. The company delivers food and non food products through our neighboring cities.
I resigned last February 2020.
I don't quit easily. I am giving my 100?fort in my job so that my employer will meet the satisfaction that they need.
