I've been with the BPO (Call Center) Industry for more than 5 years now, prior to this I was in the Hospitality or Hotel & Restaurant Industry (overseas) for the longest time.
So you see my experience in providing customer service/experience is very wide and I know that is my biggest my advantage.
I am a family man whose goal is to provide food, shelter and a great future to my own family.
I always follow my father's advice that 'loyalty' should always be to the company you work for.
