I have a proven track record in customer support for big companies like AT&T, Verizon Media, and Airbnb for over 6 cumulative years. I was an Airbnb customer support for more than a year.

Working in customer support at Airbnb for over a year paved the way for my passion for the hospitality industry. I transitioned to freelancing and I joined one of the leading property management companies in the UK where I leveraged my technical knowledge of Airbnb. We managed over 600 properties in the UK advertised in different OTAs like Airbnb, Vrbo, Upgrade to see actual info, etc. My scope of support includes:


1.) Assisting guests during check-in and check-out
2.) Answering booking inquiries
3.) Provide basic troubleshooting for amenity issues
4.) Sending payment requests via the Airbnb resolution center
5.) Filing Airbnb claims
6.) Answering emergency calls from the guests
7.) Alteration of reservations
8.) Relocation
9.) Cancelling of reservation penalty-free
10.) Sending stripe payment link for additional payment or Manual Direct Booking.
