right now, I worked as a senior process executive at cognizant Philippines. my current project is Upgrade to see actual info. we are doing some admin and user tasks. processing invoice reconciliation, purchasing request. fixing the life-event of the employees and doing follow-ups via CRM tools like Slack, Lightning also doing business to business follow-ups via google mail. for me, the characteristics makes someone great at job is being independent and know how to satisfy the client in order to provide good work. for me, I can apply ownership in my future clients and being hard worker person to my future tasks. right now, I am with Upgrade to see actual info up to present, doing user tasks. also aside from SFDC I have experience supporting companies like Google, They are hiring us from September to February taking inbound and outbound sales during NFL season for the Sunday ticket. anyways, Thank you for this opportunity. and hopefully, I can share my skills in the future.
