Profile Description

I had a strong background in hard debt collection. I used to work for a US-based collection agency. The following are the highlights of my task: 
- Identify when delinquent accounts need to be called based on their terms of sale and call
promptly once an account becomes past due.
- Calls clients in the US to collect on charged off debts and loans and help them secure a legal release of claim.
- Offers settlements and payment arrangements to debts that cannot be fully paid
off and follows ups on schedules of payments.
- Takes incoming calls to answer inquiries on accounts and accept payments.
- Sees to it that the monthly quota set by the client is met.

In addition, I had a chance to work as a US recruiter. My main task is to generate leads from application sites and schedule the potential applicants for an interview with the clients. Also, I was offered to join a campaign at a pet pharmacy in the US. My main duty for this job is to take inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their pet's medicine refill.

With these experiences, I am very efficient in customer service, generating leads, researching, debt collection, and keeping and organizing records. Moreover, I am very knowledgeable in MS software. I also have a National Certificate II in Computer Systems Servicing.
