I’m managing logistic concern like processing of Return Merchandise
(RMA) in NETSUITE. Creating a sale order as well reshipment or refund.
Knowledgeable in shipment, inventory and courier related issue. Familiar with
SKU and part item, can easily memorize it and do an inventory in case
needed.  I have experienced in dealing
with courier and filing claim for lost shipment, damage inspection and missing
item. I’m knowledge as well in SALESFORCE. I have knowledge in processing
order. When it comes to this field, you will not regret hiring me.

 I’ve been in Business  Process Outsourcing (BPO) for 10 years. Working in BPO shapes my work ethics to
become  accountable, resourceful, self-motivated and dedicated person. My
communication skills is a multi-faceted such as excellent in oral and written
communication; I took calls and chat for more than 5 years including
supervisory call as well as de escalating customer.

I previously worked in Windows and Microsoft office. I can install OS and programs in computer, I can troubleshoot computer/laptop issue
and can diagnose if it a software or hardware problem. I’m also expert in
removing virus and malicious content. Navigating and fixing Microsoft office (OUTLOOK, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) has
been my work for 2-3 years. You can depend on me with regards to excel file.
Outlook function and PowerPoint.

My Customer support skills is advanced.  I can respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. I have sales background without
failing my target quota.  DATA entry is no problem as well.


Although, my experience is not that drastic but I have
certain qualities that will convince you. Both my hard skills and soft skill is
