I am skilled in communicating with customers and vendors over the phone, email and chat. I have experience with Live calls, both outbound and inbound, and also live chat support. I'm also an expert with lots of tools all promotional companies used, like; NetSuite, Tidio Chat, FreshDesk, Bright Sites, Google Analytics, and Ship Station. I'm also skilled on how to placed order on different Supplier websites, expert in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge on graphic design using Adobe Photoshop.
I met deadlines, and don't make promises I can't keep. I'm a team player, infact, I was able to develop our processes on my previous company by listening to suggestions, making a plan and executing the plan.
