Prospect and Contact Potential Clients: Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce the services. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and my client, ensuring both parties are well-informed and prepared. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions in our CRM system. Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails with potential clients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed. Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets and quotas. Collaborate: Work closely with the team and my client to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal scheduling.
