Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative/Sales Auditor

I have more than 2 years experienced working in Outbound Sales Department. 6 months as a Sales Advisor and 2 Years as Sales Auditor. As a Sales Advisor, we do outbound calls to our potential customers to offer our products depending on their needs. As a Sales Auditor, we audit calls, we listen to the calls of our Advisors to check if they offering the right and best deals to the customers according to their needs. We always put ourselves in our customers shoes to ensure that we are providing the best experience and products to out customers

I have 4 months experience as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, my tasks are look for potential applicants, conduct initial interviews, assist applicants in taking their assessments, giving instructions and making follow up about their application.
