As a freelancer since 2021, I have gained valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and time management. I have provided virtual receptionist services for over a year and have also worked as a guest manager for a short-term rental in Europe. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, as well as the ability to work remotely and manage my time effectively.

In addition, I am proficient in using various tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Podium, eviivo, aircall, Slack, and Zoom, Mytime, Ringcentral, google meet, I am a quick learner and am always eager to learn new technologies and tools.

Currently, I am looking for a full-time position that will allow me to continue to support my family's daily needs and grow my skills.
