As a Customer Service Specialist, I'm responsible in understanding and resolving customer inquiries and passionate about building customer relationships, driving brand loyalty and increasing customer engagement. I'm also reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. I maintain customer accounts and record account information. Oversee customer financial accounts and process customer adjustments and make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
On top of that I was also knowledgeable with it comes to inventory and purchasing order. I do records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. I also receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary and processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
