I have worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry for years as a Customer Service Representative for an international accounts. I assist customers with their billing, payments, complaints, service order requests, order management, and etc.
I also have an experience as an Account Manager in Upwork for an Online Travel Agency where I manage listings via Airbnb,
I was also a cold caller or an appointment setter for a web development company. Where I contact potential clients and check their web development needs according to their businesses.
I also became a Real Estate Customer Service Manager for a Management company that handles multiple properties in the US. My role is to assist tenants with their maintenance concern, payments, and some admin tasks.
Recently, I became an Executive Assistant for some managing Directors. I assist them with Travel Support (Basic & Complex), Conference call and meeting coordination (Basic & Complex), Workspace and Restaurant Reservation, Research, Meeting Planning, Proactive Calendar Coordination, Access list and Site Maintenance, and lastly Special Projects as time allows.
