Having a strong background in the backend Finance & Accounting and with a total of 6 years
working experience through various types of industries, including SME’s and multinational
was to perform reconciliation of tax accounts for GM Brazil between two accounting systems, SAP and
Mastersaf. I am excellent at reconciling and reviewing transactions that are posted against the tax account.
I was recognized by our business unit in GM Brazil for having reconciled one of the “tedious
plants/factories” that the team previously struggled with. The process required great attention to detail,
being able to identify the nature of the transactions and knowing the should-be entries and the supposedly
adjusting entries. More so, one of the soft skills that I acquired as well through this recognition was to liaise
with our business
the situation at hand.
My first job was an Accounting Analyst in a start-up SME in Makati. I provided bookkeeping to the clients
both under MYOB and to those who are newly subscribed to XERO and needed invoicing and billing to
the customers and creditors. I was also responsible for some of the payments of invoices and later reconcile
the book transactions with the bank transactions. To add, I was able to handle payroll accounting for AU
clients and prepared quarterly GST Returns on a timely manner.
With my vast experience in general accounting, I was able to build and improve my skills in critical
thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills that will enable me to contribute to your Company’s growth.
I am also willing to learn new software and applications for I believe that technology and innovation are
steppingstone to success.
