My responsibilities as RM, I am In-charged in manpower development and training, managing business cash flow, implementing standard operating procedure of Cleanliness, Service, Product process and Food Safety. It is my responsibilities that to manage the business with a positive growth in sales and to have a yearly business plan. I don't have the experience as a Virtual Assistant or working in a BPO company. But I am willing to learn and expand my knowledge in working online.
