Hello, My Name is Regen. I am dedicated and a hardworking person who believes in honesty and good working relation. I am always willing and eager to learn new things.
I have a background with customer service in telco a UK based TelCom account and have been a telephone operator for a 4-star hotel in Cebu City, Philippines which have greatly improved my skills in handling customers.
I have been recently a Team Leader and a Quality Analyst prior to the promotion for a company that handles after hours call services throughout the Upgrade to see actual infolls that are handled are mostly for HR call lines, educational services, property management/utilities, law/medical offices, government services, home services, and others that require an after hours service line. This includes paging and dispatch, appointment handling, customer help desk, order processing, call forwarding and customer hotline. I also handled supervisor calls.
I have a background in using tools such as Zendesk, Opera, Oracle, and other website services provided by clients.
I have also worked as VA for Real Estate and & Medical Clinics/Offices.
