Seeking a position to leverage my skills and , eager to apply my knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in a healthcare setting .Goal-oriented, efficient and customer- oriented certified healthcare associate with specialized training and has experience in the healthcare industry such as :
-Verifying healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility.
-Managing inbound calls from and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
-Maintaining great phone etiquette  and navigating through different tools.
-Providing administrative support that includes: data entry, appointment scheduling and answering general inquiries from the members/leads and prospects. 
-Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients by acting as a primary liaison between patients and providers.
-Strictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA policy. 
-Resolving customer service issues by researching solutions to problems or requesting assistance from other departments.
- Participating in meetings with other health care associate to discuss strategy on handling customers or other issues that affect patient care.
