WHO AM I?

I have a total of 9.5 years experience as a Technical Support in the BPO Industry handling Intuit QuickBooks through phone, chat and email support. With this tenure, I was exposed to accounting software, basic accounting and bookkeeping, Invoicing, tax preparation and payroll. I have supported QuickBooks Desktop USA Payroll and QuickBooks Online Australia. I also dealt with different types of customers like business owners, accountants and bookkeepers. With my years of experience, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills.

I am also trained for Social Media Management and Marketing from Accelerate Creative Academy (Upgrade to see actual info).
