Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for a good 3 yrs doing mostly inbound phone calls for customer and Technical support. I've handled Financial and Retail accounts.
Worked as a cold caller/appointment setter for a real estate wholesaler, what I do with this job is, call clients to check if they are interested in selling their property, when is the best time to visit their property, and provide them an offer. After that, I worked as a client care coordinator/cold caller/lead generation manager for an inspection company. With them, I would usually call my agents to inform them about our business and eventually earn their business. Also, as a client care coordinators, we received phone calls and provide assistance in setting up inspections for our existing and new clients.
