Talent Specialist in one of the recruitment agencies in California, who’s
responsible for full cycle recruitment, creating job postings, and contacting
applicants through calls, emails, and text messages. I am keen on details and
making sure to provide quality prospects for the company. I am responsible for
talking to different medical professionals such as Doctors, CNAs, LVNs, RNs,
and Psychologists.
I am also a
former Customer Service Representative in an Australian Airline. I am
responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, providing details
regarding their inquiries and most specially we are assigned to book, change or
cancel flights as per passenger requests. We also do upselling; we offer
purchasing extra baggage and an extra legroom seat for their travel comfort. During
my tenure I was recognized and been Awarded as Top Agent for couple consecutive
months, for providing outstanding customer service, contributing high sales every
month and for being able to reached monthly quota.
