Profile Description

Establish and/or sustain healthy business relationship with the company’s clients;
Obtain and maintain long term key customers by identifying, understanding, and attending to their specific needs and requirements;
Acquire new leads/opportunities for LUDECO products and services via saturation, call outs and other sales and marketing strategies;
Identify, progress, and lead closures of opportunities to translate them into sales in order to hit monthly target;
Create complete Account Profiles and well defined Account Plans for all assigned accounts;
Execute, follow through and complete projects within assigned coverage;
Plan, recommend and execute penetration activities for competitor accounts
Ensure Client–LUDECO relationship is intact at all times by attending to after-sales;
Negotiate, close deals and maintain progressive business and customer service-oriented relationships with clients;
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities;
Maintain professional attitude at all times, and conducts oneself as a personable spokesperson and official representative of the Company;
Coordinate and collaborates sales effort with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other departments to achieve better marketing, sales and services results
Plan, implement and manage the overall Recruitment strategy
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
Identified KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for HR department
Plan and implement training programs
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Adhere to Government laws and regulations
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
