I am very keen on details, I can multi-task, and can easily adapt to changes, My ability to perform even when I am in a pressure environment. On top of that, I can definitely work without supervision and can finish my work by myself without asking for help. I am certain that with the skills that I have, I could easily get things done in control and that you can rely on me.
I once was an Account Manager/General Virtual Assistant for my last job, handling 2 different accounts at the same time. I am the one who do the initial interview and part of my job was tracking the attendance and the duty hours for Upgrade to see actual info's my job to send an end-of-shift report as well as a weekly report since I am the one who tracks down all of the agent's calls and as well as listens to their call for coaching. Part of my job also is to manage my client's calendar and I answers call on behalf of my client and would reschedule or cancel any appointments that she can't make.
I absolutely love working with minimal supervision and I am very knowledgeable with Salesforce, Flock, Slack, G-Suite, Google Workspace, MS360, CRM, Mojo, Zoho, and even Google Calendar and any other Upgrade to see actual info would be my honor and a privilege for me to become part of the group where I could showcase my talents and skills.
