I am a Mid Quality Assurance Engineer with 9 years of experience doing software manual and automated testing which spans across domains in software(desktop and iOS apps), Web applications, and Mobile applications.
I have solid experience in handling multiple and difficult projects on different platforms with different natures of business. I have acquired a strong background in software testing by handling projects composed of multinational software developers, test engineers, and project stakeholders from multiple locations.
Key responsibilities I've been exposed to: - Verify design using cross-browser compatibility- Check Mobile Responsiveness using iPad, iOS, and Android Devices.- Create QA continuous improvements and QA Process documentation- Provide How-to instructions to the customers.- Provide Full QA Report after testing on the whole site- Used Firebug Tool to identify the Object's ID, Name, XPath, and link in the application - Report bugs via Asana.- Determine test strategies based on requirements, develop test plans and test cases, and test case execution.- Participate in regular QA TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and discussions- Responsible for thorough testing of browser and platform compatibility issues- Involved in Release Activities -- testing a website, and software apps during releases.- Provide Training on the Scrum Approach for new resources.
