I worked as a call center agent for a BPO company for 6 years. There, I gained a lot of skills and later met the world of virtual assistants. I worked as a sales agent for 6 months and then was promoted as a customer service and technical support agent for 6 months, got promoted as a debt collector handling delinquents accounts, and got promoted as an SME, or subject matter expert.
This, I can do for you. If hired, I will greatly gather as much information as I can about the company. Then I’ll apply the same technique I used in a past related position that garnered positive comments from my client.
