As a Product Owner and Project Manager specializing in Automation and Innovation within application development, my extensive 12-year tenure in the BPO industry is applied. My career is marked by significant contributions to IT operations, workforce management, and business intelligence in various organizations. Tasked with the crucial responsibility of gathering business requirements and devising strategies for process automation and application solutions, I lead with conviction. In my managerial capacity, I oversee the efforts of 5 Product Owners, each focused on developing cutting-edge solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of automation and application delivery, I manage the projects under his domain.
