I'm a customer centric person with experience in almost all types of customers for more that 10 years now. My goal is to always give them the best service because they are the reason for our existence. More happy customers mean more income for the company. They can always forget your product but they will always remember your excellent service.

If you're looking for someone who can give your customers satisfaction with their issues, I'm the one you're looking for. I'm excellent in handling complaints, resolving problems, calming the irate ones and giving them the reason to always stay with the company and more.

I can handle any customer service job online, or anything related to this. I love to make my customers/clients happy after each conversation and I can work with less to no supervision at all. I can work with integrity no matter where I'm in. So I can always be that person you can trust.

Based on my credentials I just want to highlight that I'm working in a bank for almost 10 years now. Handling almost all types of customers and all the requests you can imagine (bank certification for visa application, account opening, handling complaints/requests, assisting in online banking transactions, preparing loan documents, processing new loan applications and helping clients to get approved.)

Just last year, I was assigned to handle, prepare, process and communicate to our wealth clients' investments. It just shows that I can do almost anything and everything given to me.

I'm a very hardworking person that's why even if I'm already working in a bank I still want to be more productive on my free time. I am very willing to learn the skills needed for the job.
