Profile Description

I am an experienced IT Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the ICT and Healthcare industries. Skilled in Project Management, Business Analysis, Relationship Management, Quality Assurance, and Software Development. Strong IT background with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, from the Far Eastern University-Institute of Technology. Primary Role and Responsibilities:
• Project Manager (PM) – leads project team in the attainment of project objectives o Ensure that the development of well-structured IT applications and assigned IT projects are coordinated and undertaken in adherence to appropriate standards from the established policies of software development. o Experienced in estimating the technical effort needed by the team. o Keeps track of the Project Timeline. o Prioritize and adjust the product backlog according to strategic product demand. o Ensure customer satisfaction in meeting the deadlines and expected output of the project.
• Project Management – with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology for both web and mobile development
• Marketing and Customer Relationship Management o Conducts presentation and marketing studies and creates relevant reports to ensure profitability. o Develop and maintain a network of contacts among clients and business partners. o Coordinate and prepare Notices and Agendas for stakeholders’ meetings.
