Profile Description

I am an experienced recruiter from the Philippines. My main expertise is headhunting. I have successfully placed candidates in multiple industries mostly in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Tech and Banking industry. I also have experience hiring for Manufacturing, BPO and Construction industry. I have worked with entry-level to Director-level talents.
I am experienced in end to end recruitment from calibration meetings with hiring manager, posting, sourcing until onboarding and offboarding. I have worked with different markets; permanent and contractor hiring in the Philippines, US, UK, and freelancing hiring from around the world. My most recent work was with a start-up company based in New Upgrade to see actual infospite being in a recruitment role, I was stretched to different parts of Human Resources particularly in process improvements, onboarding and offboarding, and manpower planning. Prior to that, I also worked for a consulting firm based in New York which was my first experience in offshore recruitment. I worked with clients in the financial services and banking industry in the US and the UK and helped them fill out associate roles, and managerial roles including IT, finance law, and graduate hiring among many others.
