My most recent work was with a start-up company based in New Upgrade to see actual infospite being in a recruitment role, I was stretched to different parts of Human Resources particularly in process improvements, onboarding and offboarding, and manpower planning. Prior to that, I also worked for a consulting firm based in New York which was my first experience in offshore recruitment. I worked with clients in the financial services and banking industry in the US and the UK and helped them fill out associate roles, and managerial roles including IT, finance law, and graduate hiring among many others.
