Greetings! I'm Upgrade to see actual info. I have extensive experience in Customer Service for  8 years that I acquired from the BPO industry. I got 5 years in Travel Agency , 2 years in Billing/Collections and 2 years in Telco Account.  Client satisfaction is my first and foremost priority.
