Profile Description

To begin with, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Office administration. Therefore, we have learned office procedures such as handling calls, managing business letters or emails, setting an appointment, minutes of meetings, and stenography.
Furthermore, we were trained to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, HyperText Markup Language, and Visual Basic Programming. Also, we had speed typing tests and tournaments during college. Moreover, we had bookkeeping subjects and research projects. I am grateful that I learned these skill sets. The fact is that I was able to use most of them in Business processing outsourcing for seven years. When I worked at Sykes Inc. as a Content moderator and Fraud analyst, I used my typing, photoshop, and research or web research skills. Also, I was able to apply call handling and email management when I was promoted to Customer and Technical support specialist.
In addition, we have learned to be detailed-oriented students, especially when dealing with Feasibility and Thesis Upgrade to see actual info this manner, when I was working at The Results Group of Companies and Concentrix, I consistently focus on Upgrade to see actual info helps me grow from Tier 1 Customer and Technical specialist agent to a Tier 2 Local subject matter expert and luckily to a Global subject matter expert. Lastly, I have acquired Entrepreneur and video editing skills. At first, my micro business had its original capital of 11% from the current combined asset and liabilities, now with an additional rice business, it grows 7.5% monthly. During my spare time, while managing my micro-enterprise, I accept video editing. I was able to edit and upload eight videos on YouTube.
