I have seen how an FBA company grows from a start-up to scaling it to 7 figures and eventually sold it to thrasio, which means I have seen the ups and downs, the mistakes and how to see them as an opportunity to learn.

Save your time from training someone from scratch. You'd rather spend your time to doing CEO and high level tasks and decision making, and focuse on more important things that can benefit your company (strategic planning, creative stuff, how to generate more sales, building a brand)
Hire an EXPERIENCED manager who has both HANDS-ON and TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE who can give you insights on how to improve your FBA business.

Tasks I can do include: 
- Overseeing the Teams' daily Project management, marketing projects and launch projects using CLICKUP or Trello/ Asana
- Daily operations management within seller central account and ensuring that the team is working with the clear set of tasks, goals and working efficiently
- Managing customer service team (includes bad reviews management, how to generate more positive reviews for your new products, strategic planning on building more trust with customers)
-HR management (recruiting, hiring, interviewing,onboarding/offboarding, induction process) 
- Help create a strategic launch for new products
- Seller performance management (FIXING and reinstating inactive/blocked/suspended listings) 

HR Experience includes:
- create and  maintain comprehensive documentation on processes (SOPs - written and video tutorials)
- manage issues with inactive and suspended listings due to infringement, safety issue, FBA issue or policy violation
- manage customer service team ( shopify and all Amazon marketplaces) Includes bad and positive reviews management and project creation to build our life- long relationship with our customers
- oversee overall team performance management (making sure that the team is rowing in the same direction by aligning our goals through key performance indicators / KPIS)
- Organise weekly sub teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, bi weekly all- teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, manage monthly one-on-one evaluation calls for customer service team
- Manage the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process 
- Manage the whole on boarding/ off boarding, induction process and training

Seller central management experience includes:
- project- manage new product launches, keywords ranking
- manage lightning deals, deal of the day, coupon stacks
- collborating with supply chain team, sales team, customer service team
- seller performance management (fix listing issues, inactive or suspended ASINs and/or account)organise meetings with the CEO, sub teams and all-teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
- oversee FBA bin checks to ensure quality in our products when it reaches to FBA centers
-listings creationshipments creation and ordering from 3rd- party warehouse in the US and UK
- keyword research and ranking
