General Virtual Assistant, Office Administrator, Data Entry

MS Excel has been an essential tool throughout my professional career. In my roles as a Payroll Administrator, Sales Coordinator, and Business Development professional, I relied on Excel daily for tasks such as organizing data, creating detailed reports, and enhancing productivity.

As a Payroll administrator in Saudi, one of the skills that I possess is the accuracy and speed in typing. Every day I was assigned to enter hundreds of timecards to enter the day-in, day-out of all employees at the sites. I must accurately and manually type in the system of Cobol all timings so that the program will calculate efficiently the employee’s salary. MS Excel is very useful and serves as back up file in adding or deducting the payment for employees absents, vacation pay, lates etc. In addition as Office administrator, Business development in my employer previously, my skills in data entry in a proficient way put me as a trusted person of our department to enter the data in Excel, and Dynamic 365.

More than 2 decades in office administration. I am responsible for replying the inquiry of customers particularly about our products related to "Charts and Publications books, Navigation equipment, compass, ship radar, lifeboat, liferaft and other marine supplies. Prepare their orders to set delivery to their vessels or offices as per standing instruction of the vessel master and office manager.

I have a vast experience experience in customer support position. I gave excellent customer support both emails and personal. One of the factor that I'm considering most is customers satisfaction. It is the way to bring them back and purchase more products.

More than two decades of experience in email support using MS Outlook in different companies in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Development Officer, business expansion and networking to client are the main priority of my job. I am sending emails to ship management, vessel master, companies and vessel owners in Asia, Europe, and other Gulf Arab countries. The following day I see to it that I will give them an overseas call, whatsapp message or calls and other medium of communications.
