Hello clients! I am Carol Lim. I have 2 years experience as a customer service representative and 5 years as a Virtual assistant/Appointment setter/Cold caller/telemarketer. I have over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry handling  delivery services, insurance, and Solar. I started working from home for 2 years now.Due to the nature of my job, I developed my critical thinking skills and decision-making Upgrade to see actual info also developed my ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to work under pressure and to multi-task.I was fortunate to be able to work remotely during the height of the pandemic. This has improved my ability to perform my duties efficiently and with little supervision. I am confident that with hard work and dedication, I will continue to produce high-quality results.                                                                                               I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. I want to help clients save more time and energy by managing their appointments, social media accounts, emails, and providing phone support.
