Profile Description

I started to work as a trainee accountant in an Australian Taxation Firm while studying B.S. Accountancy. Then I shifted to the BPO industry where I began my career as a customer service representative. I have experience in medical and dental claims, retention of subscriptions, sales, and insurance. I shifted back to the accounting field after a few years in BPO having served as an accounting assistant in a marketing company. I also worked as an accounting head of a small business with 6 branches within Laguna and Cavite, then I also became the general manager of the same business where I served as Accounting head, Finance, HR, and Admin. I used my skills in developing business operations. I developed the operation process and communication from employees to management. I made policies and regulations for the benefit of the business, employees, and customers. For over a year, I worked as a remote US tax preparer based in the Philippines in my most recent position. I specialized in tax returns for small and medium-sized businesses, including 1040, 1065, 1120-S, 1120, 990 series, and 1023 forms. Throughout my previous post, I used Lacerte as our accounting system, which helped me improve my skills in this area.
