Experience: 2 - 5 years
• Assisting customers with product and service information, order placement, billing inquiries, and technical support and handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. • I received the "Customer Service Excellence Award" for consistently achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and exceeding performance targets and achieved top-tier performance metrics, including low call handling times, high first-call resolution rates, and positive customer feedback scores. • I collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction together with assisting new hires and helping them to efficiently perform their tasks.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
• I conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments and accurately recording customer information and appointment details in our CRM system as well as following up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information. • I work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales consultation, which may include administrative duties, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting other team members.
