While working as a Virtual Assistant in an Australian-based company, I served as the gatekeeper of our company email. Replying to customer's queries and forwarding other emails to the right department. Keeping everyone informed.

I have a total of 2 years working as a Customer Service Representative for different accounts in different BPO companies. I have also worked in a retail company as a Cashier and Sales Associate which helped me develop my customer service skills in person. Now, I'm currently working as a Virtual Assistant handling phone calls and answering customer's queries.

I'm currently working as a General Virtual Assistant since May 2023. I have been a Human Resource Clerk for almost 2 years in one of the biggest Retail Companies here in our region. Furthermore, I have been doing administrative tasks as a Virtual Assistant which honed this specific skill.

I have worked in different BPO companies as a Customer Service Representative from 2019 up to May 2023 for both Inbound and Outbound Support. Now, I'm currently working as a Contractual Virtual Assistant for an Australian-based company which involves inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers using the English language.

During my time as a Human Resource Clerk, I do the payroll simultaneously with the Personnel twice a month.

One of the tasks I do as a Virtual Assistant is replying to queries on Instagram and Facebook Chats.
