Profile Description

To be able to provide excellent customer service with my potential clients, here are some important factors that are helpful to fulfill my duties:
* Communication comes first. Responsiveness in a timely manner is a must.
* Empathy for my future Upgrade to see actual infoeraction can sometimes affect someone's mood; it is way better to be a kin observer and communicate accordingly.
* Patience with the costumers. Clients often ask a lot of questions, and I always make sure to be clear and repeat the necessary instructions for them to understand.
* Technical knowledge. For me to become effective problem solver, I must be aware of the technical support knowledge to help my clients resolve the issue at hand.
