As a Technical Support Manager, I have overseen
the projects of each member of my team and ensured that they are aligned with
the goals set by our company which are to increase revenue by 5% month over
month and produce relevant reports. We were a small team, so I bootstrapped as most of us did in the company. I trained new hires, oversaw ticketing and
