I finished Bachelor in Communication Arts major in Speech and Theater Arts at Bicol University last 2005. My educational background allowed me to thrive in this career and my training in this has made me a master of this section.
I had been in the BPO industry since 2007 and my extensive Customer Service, Technical Support, and Sales background experience help me a lot. Throughout my years of experience, I have developed excellent skills in turning negative situations into positive ones, showing empathy and understanding, patience, calmness, and have great time management and a positive attitude.
Past customer support experiences include SPRINT, DISHNETWORK, AT&T, HUGHESNET, AIRBNB and AGERO Account for the technical , customer service and billing
I have a very reliable internet connection with 2 internet connections from different ISP's to ensure there is very little downtime at work, with an above-average speed package. I have a home office set up with 2 backup laptops to ensure a professional working environment.
