Profile Description

RESERVATION SPECIALIST Wipro (UNITED AIRLINES) *Book a reservation or ticket for our passengers. *Rescheduling of cancelled flights. *Answer general inquiries such as flight information, guidelines and restrictions. 

RCM SPECIALIST - AUTHORIZATION Adapthealth  *Obtain prior authorization for various durable medical equipment. *Verify member/patient's eligibility and benefits. *Obtain additional clinical documentation from the Dr's office such as letter of medical necessity & prescriptions. *Schedule for the delivery of equipment and pick-up in cases of denials. *Uploading of recent/updated medical documents in our system. Administrative tasks like receiving outbound/inbound calls and answering queries through email.  

UTILITY COORDINATOR VREELAND CAPITAL *Task with paying all utility bills. *Setting up utilities for each property.  *Coordinating with tenants/owners if they have issues with their utility bills/properties. *Assigning providers issue/problem with each property. *General admin task, like receiving inbound calls, doing outbound calls and answering queries through email.   

MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK LABOVICK LAW GROUP *Obtaining medical records from provider’s office where client is seen at.  *Sending request for medical records via Chartswap.  *Sending request for medical records via email, fax or mail.  *Uploading & receiving of recent/updated medical documents in our system.  *Administrative tasks like receiving outbound/inbound calls and answering queries through email.
