15. Evaluated properties based on specific criteria, conducted a thorough property valuation analysis in order to provide a comprehensive and accurate report and reviewed bad properties (flood zone, slope, low comps, etc.)
16. Creating MapRight Link - For Internal Use and MapRight Branded URL - For Marketing
17. Performing Due Diligence (calling different departments like County Planning and Development and County Treasurer)
18. Reviewing/Understanding Code of Ordinances - Land Use, Zoning, Permits, Rules and Regulations, etc.
19. Creating My Maps / Comps (Sold and For Sale data from Xome, Redfin, Zillow, and Lands of America via Apify
20. Responding to buyer's inquiries and questions in Follow Up Boss
21. Creating/Generating follow-up campaigns
22. Researching for properties to subdivide
