As an aspiring Virtual Assistant, my current mission is to build trust and strong connections with businesses and entrepreneurs by offering virtual services for them to focus on what matters most while they scale their brands and achieve their goals.

I'm a former student pilot with 40hrs. of actual flight experience in C-152 aircraft. I graduated last 2018 and started my career in Business Process Outsourcing during the pandemic.

Partner Support Associate was my first job in an eCommerce platform here in the Philippines. My primary role is to build loyalty, and love by providing top-tier support to eCommerce sellers regarding their online business. This acts as a huge foundation for the relationship between the eCommerce platform and its sellers.

After a year, Data Entry and Management became one of my expertise and I was hired as a Data Entry Clerk in MicroSourcing where I digitized invoices, billing statements, purchase orders, debit memos, and credit memos for companies around the United States and Canada.

Fast forward to when I dUpgrade to see actual info to become my own business and offer my services where I can showcase my comprehensive skills and knowledge,

I now became an aspiring Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Customer Service, Data Entry, Lead Generation and Tracking, and Administrative Tasks.?

May 1, 2024, I became a Virtual Assistant (Data Entry Specialist) at Hassaan Associates P.C., a law firm located in Canada where I organized their system files to help streamline the process of their transition into digital archiving and operations.

In addition to my comprehensive skills in Data Entry, and Customer Support, I also attended training in social media marketing, email management, email automation, Pinterest management, and YouTube management, I started editing some videos and photos for an online pastry business and created my website to upskill as my current goal is to help businesses and entrepreneurs streamline operations so they can focus more on what matters most.
