Profile Description

• Human Resources Staff with experience of employee onboarding & offboarding process, personnel records maintenance, employee relations and with practical understanding of business needs.
• Highly motivated to learn and work for the best of the organization and contributing to positive and productive work environments and team morale.
• Maintaining employee data and keep updating accounts of employment records
• Ensures confidentiality of all personnel, office and employment records
• Assists in onboarding and conducts orientation for new employees
• Working with different account leaders regarding with employee relations
• Assists in maintaining strong compliance with organization’s policy
• Provides all necessary assistance to employees seeking onboarding and offboarding inquiries.
• Assesses employee behavior towards company policy and issue disciplinary notices as needed
• Works on reports and tracking on the compliance.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Posting job ads to Linkedin, Indeed and social media.• Sourcing potential and passive candidates through different job channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks and relationship building• Compiles lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.• Creating offer letters and conducting job offer discussion• Maintaining Oracle ATS, personal tracker and other staffing administration functions as needed.• Temporarily spearheaded a project for global team and able to target 99% of the total hires within a month• Assisting newly hired employees to 100% compliance of requirements before the start date
