I am a Professional English Teacher by profession but have been working as a Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years under International Accounts. I am handling and assisting conferences/meetings before from different big companies in the US. Coordinating with Secretaries, VPs, and Guest Speakers to know if they have special instructions for me to do and for me also to know what is the flow of the meeting.
I've worked also in a Shipping Department wherein I am taking 80-100 calls per day, assisting and addressing different concerns from the customers. Providing accurate solutions to their problems. Processing orders and making tickets for them.
