I have worked on several types of roles and responsibilities spanning
over fourteen years already. I have experience working in Social Media Management, Video Editing, Real Estate Lead generation and listing, Customer Service Representative,
Sales Specialist, Billing Specialist, Technical Support, Subject Matter
Expert, Conference Administrator, and a Supervisor.

Furthermore, with these years of experience, the majority of my tasks were managing social media posts, creating content for different social media platforms, gathering data for lead generation and property listings, creating reports, and process improvement.

I have also adopted optimism, positivism, and
enthusiasm traits in me, which I would say are very important as well in this line of work. With all these experiences and traits gathered, I am
confident to say that I am equipped to provide the right Virtual
Professional service, above and beyond.

I am the type of person who religiously follows guidelines and standards.
I am also keen on capturing certain processes that can be potentially
improved to be more productive and effective. As per my experience, I
am a highly organized person and I always make sure that my work is of
great quality.
