RESPONSIBILITY/TASKS:
-Fully Classification of items shipments via ocean, truck and air
-Responsible for analyzing items shipments for classification
-Communicate with clients through email with the lacking information about items shipments by vendors across the world
-Follow up clients escalation reply with the missing information so that the shipments items can go through
-Tickbox the full classification API (As Per Invoice) in DHL courier
- Communicate with clients a period of fifteen days through calls where they answer different inquiries about the process of new systems use
-Systems/Tools used: DHL, MAERSK, ALPI, APLL, 3CE and
RACKSPACE for customs logistics
-Listing all truck courier that have (REX) Registered Exporter System number , the country of origin and the statement of REX in Invoice, Packing list, and Other Documents
